I've owned one of these for several years now, and it is simply the best vacuum I've ever used. It is also so quiet that you can hold a normal conversation while standing right next to it while it is running.
I also own, and or have used shop vacs made by all of the other major manufacturers, and none of them even come close to the performance of the Ridgid vacuums.
I liked mine so much that I have just bought another one, this one with the removable blower. I've also recommended these vacuums to my friends, and they have been just as happy with them as I am.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I would like to know which of your wet/dry vacuums have the Scroll Noise Reduction built in.
I already have two of the large vacuums, but am looking for a smaller portable with the Scroll Noise Reduction built in. It isn't always clear from the website which ones have it, so I would like to know for sure.

These two answers to my original question make no sense. The description of this vacuum above clearly states under "Features" that this model has Scroll Noise Reduction. That is item #7. So, it would appear that this model does have the Scroll Noise Reduction feature.
While waiting for an answer, I went ahead and ordered, and received, this vacuum. Based on the amount of noise it makes, or rather doesn't make, I would say that it does indeed have the Scroll Noise Reduction.
It is relatively quiet for such a powerful vacuum. As I intend to use it in public places, that is important to me.
I am rather disappointed in the inaccuracy of the previous answers, and am glad I didn't wait to make a purchasing decision based on their information.
