The Model 700 Power Drive is a heavy duty hand-held power drive with a capacity of 1/8" - 2" and a speed of 26-30 RPM.

Are there attachments to be able to groove pipe?

And if so what are the attachments and which groover
The 700 power drive does not have the capability to groove pipe, but we do offer an array of groovers. We offer groovers that can be driven by other power drives in our product line, manual groovers, and others. Take a look at what we offer by using the link below.

How do you change the blades on the multi-tool head? Is hex screw normal (clockwise) or reverse (counterclockwise) thread?

The JobMax #R8223404 multi-tool heads retainer screw has standard threads. Rotate it counterclockwise to loosen/remove, and clockwise to tighten/install, when changing blades.

Dust collection question

In the assembly instructions, It states to only install the plastic dust collector if using a 4" system. It doesn't say what to do if you don't have a dust collection system or if you have a different size collector system. Do you just leave it out and continue with the next step? What issues will that create?
Yes, the dust chute is to be left out, if it is not going to be connected to a 4” dust collection system, which would keep saw dust from accumulating in the encloses area that installing the dust chute creates . No, leaving it out should not create any issues with the use of the saw.

Is Ridgid planning on adding to this line of impact wrenches?

I work and own an auto/truck repair and custom shop and have been watching the cordless market for a while know. I have other brand 12v hex drive impacts and last year purchased the Ridgid one which I love the performance, price and warranty coverage of compared to the others. I am currently looking into getting a 3/8" cordless gun that has around 200ft/lbs of torque (and eventually the 1/2") and was wondering if Ridgid is working on one or planning on one in the near future cause then i'll wait for it. The last thing I want is multiple tool, battery, and chargers cluttering work space all from different brands.

Thanks
Jon
Unfortunately, there is no information available to advise of in regards to what is or is not planned for future introduction under the RIDGID cordless line.

Where can I get zero clearance insert?

This saw does not use the somewhat standard 1/2" thick table insert, but uses thin metal plate. Where can I get inserts for zero clearance or dado setup?
RIDGID does not offer a zero clearance throat plate for any of their table saws. Just the standard throat plate insert that comes with a table saw, and dado throat plate inserts.

There was no drill information in this message, but extra or replacement batteries can be ordered through the master parts distributor at 1-877-544-9253. If you are in the U.S. you can order batteries through your local Home Depot stores special services desk.
